COVID 19 INFORMATION PAGE- Updated 5/30/20
As COVID-19 continues to impact the country and the world, we want to take a moment to update our customers on some important changes to our business operations.
We value every single customer and team member of the Spring Hill Formals family and it is imperative we do our part to keep those we love safe. Due to the recommendations provided by our government leaders ,to practice social distancing, we will be reducing the amount of contact between our staff and customers by taking the necessary precautions:
1- We have returned to our full normal store hours which are M-F 11-6 and Sat 10-4. That being said, please limit your groups to 3 or less people. We will be cleaning between guests to protect our staff and customers, and our staff will continue to wear masks as well.
2- If you are not feeling well, please don't come in and choose a different day to visit us.
3- A great majority of schools have rescheduled their proms. Our store policy prior to Covid 19 remains in effect.
4- Until we return to normal we will be operating on a reduced staff so please be patient with us.
5- All minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
6- Please consider only shopping with us if you are actively looking for a dress or tuxedo.for an upcoming event.
Q:Can I get a refund on my dress if my prom was cancelled?
A. As is the norm in our industry, our sales policy will remain that all sales are final and there will be no returns or exchanges on your purchase or deposit. However, you can certainly attend the prom we are setting up if it comes to that.(see above)
