COVID 19 INFORMATION PAGE- Updated 3/23/20
As COVID-19 continues to impact the country and the world, we want to take a moment to update our customers on some important changes to our business operations.
We value every single customer and team member of the Spring Hill Formals family and it is imperative we do our part to keep those we love safe. Due to the recommendations provided by our government leaders ,to practice social distancing, we will be reducing the amount of contact between our staff and customers by taking the necessary precautions:
1-We will be closed from 3/23 through 3/27 and reevaluate after that.
2-If you have a dress on layaway, and would like to pay it off, we can make an appointment for you to do a curbside pickup, or we can ship it to you via UPS at no charge to you. DM us on instagram or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set it up.
Q:Can I get a refund on my dress if my prom is cancelled?
A: As of now, there have been no announcements of proms being cancelled / rescheduled ect. As is the norm in our industry, our sales policy will remain that all sales are final and there will be no returns or exchanges on your purchase or deposit.
Q:When will your hours go back to normal?
A: As soon as feasibly possible and when we are able to safely open per normal we will do so.
Q:I left more than a $20 deposit on my tuxedo rental, and see there is a $20 cancellation charge on my contract. Do I lose all of my money?
A: No, as long as your prom is rescheduled for a later date, we will simply change the date for your booking. We advise not cancelling until the school makes the decision to cancel. If you choose to cancel, we would refund the deposit given minus the aforementioned $20 deposit.
